Hi everyone! I’m Jade, I’m a queer, poly, 23-year-old woman living in Denver. I have been out as queer for almost 10 years (yay!), but continue to struggle with the reality that most of my biological family is not a part of this huge part of my life and will not attend my wedding (if I have one) or other important identity-affirming events — that is to say, I understand the experience and would feel so enriched to be a friend or chosen family member for anyone, anytime. I am also fortunate enough to have a loving, supportive queer friend group who would no doubt also come support anyone who needs them.
