Hi all,
I'm Ell, mother of three and doggie mom of 8. One of my kidos,13, is transgender and that has resulted in our extended family pulling away from interactions with us. (It has occurred over the last two years. )
My oldest is graduating and we realized he will have no one there. He's fine with it and excited to be able to run off with his friends. However it made me realize that the lack of family with be a part of every event my 13 year old will have.
We are in San Antonio and would like to have a network of support for him.
I would also love to be a stand in for anyone who needs a mom, aunt, sister or friend. We can even all jump in the car and be a stand in family.
