No. Members connect for conversation, everyday support, and other life events too.
Will someone be matched with me?
The groups give you a place to meet people. There isn't an automatic matching service or a guaranteed person available for a particular date.
Does it cost anything to join?
Stand In Pride is free to join. You don't need to donate or buy anything to be part of the community.
What if I don't use Facebook?
Community connections currently happen in the Facebook groups. You can still read stories and learn about the mission here. For organizational questions, contact us.
How do I look after my privacy?
Share only what you're comfortable sharing. Ask permission before sharing someone else's story or photos, and read our Community Guidelines before connecting.
